The Lodge offers a charming atmosphere with inviting common areas, though one morning's lack of hot water was disappointing. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. It's a perfect retreat by the river, just note that weekend rates can be significantly higher.

During my stay in the Riverfront King Premium room, I appreciated the stunning views and comfy bed. However, the staff held a $500 charge on my debit card without clear notice, which was surprising. Overall, I enjoyed the ambiance and service, eager to return to explore more of Richland.

The room was impressively spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Amenities like wine selection and efficient room service were highlights, particularly the delicious fresh salads. However, the on-site restaurant was temporarily unavailable, making dining options limited, and the parking situation could use improvement. These minor issues did not overshadow the overall enjoyable experience.

Beautiful views of the river.
I was appalled by the $500 hold on my debit card without any warning. No one at the front desk could provide me with written notice about this fee, making my trip far more stressful than it needed to be.
